Between The Fireside Bar and Lounge, our beautifully remodeled dining room, gorgeous alfresco courtyard and The Wine Room; We’ve got you covered from causal to luxurious for small and intimate gatherings, to an incredible all-out VIP party for up to 250-300 guests! If you can dream it up, we can make it happen.

The Fireside Bar & Lounge is Perfect For A Classy Yet Casual Event For Up To 60 Guests… Or Add The Wine Room to Accommodate up to 80+ Guests!!
Enjoy an unforgettable evening of alfresco drinks by the fire, a semi-covered private bar, gourmet passed appetizers, interactive chef stations (minimum spend required) and easy access to Brevard’s most unique tasting experience with over 76 wines, rare whiskeys and tequilas ‘on tap’. Enjoy the incredible ambiance of 2 oversized stone fire pits, our beautiful Italian fountain as the backdrop, and live music that performs in this area and feels as if they are performing just for your party! (on request and based on availability).

The Fireside Lounge Can Accommodate up to 30+ Guests!
For smaller gatherings, our lounge couches are perfect and smaller groups can even be accommodated in a private section of the lounge!
The Following Options are for Seated Dinners…
We are a share plates concept at our core, and instead of the traditional (boring) seated 3-4 course dinners, we specialize in a unique style of dining that will add a major WOW factor to any event! Our signature family style dining experience will blow your guests away with our famously over-the-top sharing boards piled high with prime steaks, chicken, seafood and vegetables from the wood fired grill.. Plus an impressive display of sharable side dishes, sauces, appetizers and desserts.
After all, the best memories are created when friends and loved ones gather around the table to share food and drinks!
Seated multi course dinners may be available on request, usually on week nights but please inquire for availability
2. An Exclusive Booking of the Dining Section of our Beautiful Alfresco Courtyard, Perfect For Parties of 75-100 Guests!
Our courtyard is the perfect setting for an elegant alfresco dinner for you and 75-100 of your guests, with plenty of space for social distancing and lots of heaters for added warmth and ambaince! This option allows your guests to enjoy easy shared access to The Wine Room and the Fireside Bar & Lounge before and after dinner for mingling, with a private dining section booked just for you event!
We can customize the table setup however you choose, and live music for your party is available on request.
Parties of under 75 guests can be accommodated in this area on a non-exclusive basis, but it will be just as special of an evening!
The courtyard is romantically decorated with lush plants, hanging Edison lights, flickering candles and fire elements!

Drinks by the fire, gourmet passed appetizers, interactive chef stations, two private bar, custom cocktails, exclusive access to our tasting room with over 76 wines, rare whiskey and tequilas ‘on tap’, live music, a private entrance through the courtyard with a VIP guest check-in area, beautifully decorated tables, luxurious lounge seating for relaxing by the far, and a dedicated staff to cater to your guests!

When you book the new and improved dining room at Ember & Oak, your guests will be blown away by a truly customized and gourmet dining experience, as this is the only booking option where we can offer unique and interactive tasting menus (3-12 courses), with wine and craft cocktail pairings selected by our in-house sommelier! Enjoy gourmet passed appetizers and chef stations to start the evening, then be seated for an evening of delicious and fun table side presentations, and a special ‘dinner and a show’ kind of ambiance… Watching our culinary team cook over our custom oak fired grill is absolutely mesmerizing!
A new craft cocktail bar, imported reclaimed brick from NY, modern art, plush custom furniture, stunning marble tables and a semi- open concept chef’s kitchen!
5. The ULTIMATE Buyout Experience of the Entire Restaurant; The Dining Room, Our Beautiful Alfresco Courtyard, The Wine Room, And The Fireside Bar And Lounge!!
This option is the perfect choice for those looking to host the ULTIMATE party, wedding or corporate event!! You and up to 300 guests will be welcomed at your private VIP entrances with champagne on arrival, while music from the band of your choosing plays! Followed by an incredible evening of gourmet passed appetizers, chef tables, interactive stations like our wood fired grill; paella cooked right in front of you, an outdoor live action grill, raclette stations, a whole pig roast and more! Dinner will be taken to the next level as our entire team will be focused on your event’s food, beverages and catering to your guests every need!
Our chefs will work with you to create any menu that you can dream up, and you are welcomed to deck out the space however you’d like with decorations, a stage for dancing, photo booths, fire dancers, a red carpet, and more for unique entertainment throughout the evening!
